Henye S. Perez, Esquire

Henye S. Perez has handled a multitude of cases involving complex immigration matters, ranging from visa petitions to defending immigrants in removal proceedings. He has advocated for clients before U. S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, U.S. Immigration Customs &  Enforcement and the Executive Office of Immigration Review in immigration court.

Mr. Perez graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science in 2010. He then continued his studies at Florida State University College of Law earning his Juris Doctorate in May of 2014. In law school, he advocated for immigrant as the President of Advocates for Immigrant and Refugee Rights. While attending law school, Mr. Perez focused his studies on Immigration and Family Law with an interest on LGBT issues. Hen previously worked at the First Circuit Court and the Innocence Project of Florida.

Born in the Dominican Republic, Attorney Perez understands first-hand the immigrant experience. He knows the difference between a dispassionate attorney and one who will work tirelessly to help those in need. His experience and commitment to resolving his client’s immigration issues are undeniable assets to his clients.

Ann Marie Farrell, Esquire

Ms. Ann Farrell joined Lim Law after practicing for two years at a non-profit immigration legal services provider. She has represented many clients in all areas of immigration law before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Additionally, Ms. Farrell has defended clients in removal proceedings and before Enforcement and Removal Operations.

Ms. Farrell graduated from Barry University School of Law in 2014. While in law school, she had the opportunity to participate in the Immigration clinic and represent clients with their asylum and naturalization cases. Ms. Farrell founded the Immigration Law Society and was the inaugural president.

During her second year of law school, Ms. Farrell was a judicial intern at the Executive Office of Immigration Review in Orlando, Florida. Working closely with the Attorney Advisor and Immigration Judges, she honed her legal research and writing skills.

Ms. Farrell understands the many challenges and obstacles immigrants face on a daily basis and advocates for immigrants’ rights in and outside the courtroom.

Michelle Villagran, Esquire

Michelle Villagran join Lim Law in 2017. As the daughter of immigrants from Mexico, she has a personal understanding of the struggles individuals endure while navigating the American immigration system.

Michelle graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2010, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She later graduated from the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. During her law school career, Michelle participated in the Barry Law Immigration Clinic, where she represented law-income clients with immigration issues. Michelle has successfully represented clients in complex removal proceedings before the Orlando Immigration Court.

Michelle is ready to put her passion for immigration law to work for you. Michelle will fight vigorously to ensure you receive the competent and personal representation you deserve.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Nancy Weiss

Nancy was born in Glendale, California. Her daughter is pursuing her Masters Degree in Counseling and her son is serving in the United States Navy. Nancy joined Lim Law  just over three years ago. As the daughter of immigrants, she feels a special connection the clients who walk into the office.
