Henye S. Perez, Esquire

Henye S. Perez is an Attorney at Lim Law. Focusing on Immigration and Nationality Law, Attorney Perez has handled a multitude of cases involving complex immigration matters, ranging from visa petitions to defending immigrants in removal proceedings. He has advocated for clients before U. S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, U.S. Immigration Customs & Enforcement and the Executive Office of Immigration Review in various proceedings.

Graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science in 2010, Attorney Perez went on to graduate from Florida State University College of Law in May of 2014. In law school, he advocated for immigrant rights as the President of Advocates for Immigrant and Refugee Rights. Attorney Perez focused his studies on Immigration and Family Law with an interest on LGBT issues. He has previously worked at the First Circuit Court and the Innocence Project of Florida.

Born in the Dominican Republic, Attorney Perez understands first-hand the immigrant experience. He knows the difference between a dispassionate attorney and one who will work tirelessly to help those in need. His experience is overshadowed only by his commitment to resolving his client’s immigration issues.

Ann Marie Farrell, Esquire

Attorney Farrell joined Lim Law after practicing for two years at a non-profit immigration legal services provider. She has represented many clients with their visa petitions, consular processing, adjustment of status, naturalization in all areas of immigration before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Additionally, Ms. Farrell has defended clients in removal proceedings and before Enforcement and Removal Operations.

Attorney Farrell graduated from Barry University School of Law in 2014. While in law school, she had the opportunity to participate in the Immigration clinic and represent clients with their asylum and naturalization cases. Ms. Farrell founded the Immigration Law Society and was the inaugural president.

During her second year of law school, Attorney Farrell was a judicial intern at the Executive Office of Immigration Review in Orlando, Florida. Working closely with the Attorney Advisor and Immigration Judges, she honed her legal research and writing skills.

Attorney Farrell understands the many challenges and obstacles immigrants face on a daily basis and advocates for immigrants’ rights in and outside the courtroom.

Michelle Villagran, Esquire

Michelle Villagran is an Attorney at Lim Law. As the daughter of immigrants from Mexico, she has a personal understanding of the struggles individuals endure while navigating the American Immigration System.

Michelle graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2010, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She later graduated from the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. During her law school career, Michelle participated in the Barry Law Immigration Clinic, where she represented indigent non-citizens seeking immigration benefits. Michelle has successfully represented clients in complex removal proceedings before the Department of Homeland Security.
